Great value for the money with a well-equipped apartment and a convenient location. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had excellent heating. The studio was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's proximity to the gondola and the abundance of supermarkets and restaurants nearby made it even better.

More breakfast options would have been nice, especially in terms of the variety of items available.

The value for our money at Tes Royal Plaza Apartments was exceptional. The room was well equipped and even had a washing machine, which was a lifesaver for our week-long stay with two kids. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, close to the ski slopes and lifts. The staff treated us with great care and attention, making us feel right at home.

The only suggestion I have to make the breakfast selection better is to introduce more variety in the menu.

The confusion on arrival with the apartment numbers was a bit frustrating. It would have been helpful to have a clear explanation beforehand about the different apartments with the same number.

I absolutely loved the cozy bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home, which was perfect for our family with two little ones. The location in the middle of the resort was also convenient for exploring.

Honestly, I didn't really like the studio's kitchenette setup. But hey, that's just me!

I always stay at this amazing place in Borovets. The staff even gave me a wake-up call once. It has everything I need and more: Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, airport shuttle, ski equipment, hiking, and more. Coming back for the weekend!

The heating worked well, which was much appreciated after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meals when I didn't feel like dining out. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the ski storage facilities within the main building were a great convenience.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences like a loose kitchen tap and some mold in the bathroom, overall, I had a pleasant experience at the Royal Plaza Apartments. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Lovely alpine-style building surrounded by old pine forests, offering first class service. Enjoyed the breathtaking views and the trips to Plovdiv, Sofia, and Rila Monastery. Loved the biathlon track. Definitely a preferred destination for tourists!

Excellent location, only 5 min walk to the gondola. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Ski storage within the main building. Very quiet apartment location situated at the back of the building. Will definitely consider staying here again. Great size of room and good facilities. Very easy to get key for entry and comfortable beds. Second year I have stayed here and would be happy to recommend it, despite a few things that could be improved.
